Welcome to the April 2026 edition of the Sales & Marketing Collective, our monthly wrapup of the career moves we’ve found most interesting across Australia’s FMCG and adjacent consumer sectors. 

April was a busy month for commercial and sales talent, with movement concentrated heavily across grocery, liquor, petcare, and consumer goods. Marketing saw a broad wave of mid-level moves, and category and insights continued to attract talent with RGM and commercial strategy experience - a trend that shows no sign of slowing.

• Sash Sharma departs from CEO of Lark Distilling to join as Managing Director of Campari APAC. 

• Allan Hood moves on from Bulla Dairy Foods, where he was CEO, to join Aurora Dairies as CEO. 

Sales Appointments 

• Scott White leaves Nestlé, where he was Customer Business Manager, to join Mars as Field Sales Leader. 

• Paul Broadbent moves on from Proof & Company, where he was Chief Executive Officer, to join Tito's Handmade Vodka as Regional Sales Manager – Oceania & East Asia. 

• Simon Cunneen exits Mondelēz International, where he was National Business Manager – Field Sales Operations, to join Metcash as Head of Sales – Victoria. 

• Robert Tisi departs McPherson's Consumer Products, where he was National Business Manager, to join Inghams Group Limited as National Business Manager. 

• Jason Scott transitions from Sazerac, where he was Head of Non-Alcohol, to join Mrs Mac's as National Account Manager. 

• Frank Kerrison steps away from Inghams Group Limited, where he was National Business Manager, to join Edlyn Foods as Head of Sales. 

• Paul Wilson leaves SPC Global, where he was National Account Manager – Woolworths, to join DuluxGroup as National Account Manager – Coles. 

• Janek Stefanski moves on from The Arnott's Group, where he was NBM/NAM – Coles, to join Bulla Dairy Foods as National Business Manager – Woolworths. 

• Brad Longbottom exits Real Pet Food Company, where he was National Account Manager, to join Antinol (Vetz Petz) as Commercial Manager – Australia. 

• Jimena Cardenas departs Procter & Gamble, where she was Senior Category Development Manager, to join ZURU Edge as National Account Manager. 

• Bradley Thumm transitions from De Bortoli Wines, where he was Field Sales Leader – Queensland, to join Campari Group as Field Sales Manager (QLD/NSW). 

• Grace Wong steps away from Kenvue, where she was National Account Manager, to join DKSH as National Account Manager. 

• James Brook leaves Australian Sustainable Dairies, where he was Sales Director, to join Crayola as Head of Sales & Category – ANZ. 



• Nick Moral transitions from Primo, where he was National Business Manager, to Darrell Lea Confectionery as National Business Manager – Coles.

Marketing Appointments 

• Vanessa Kennedy departs George Weston Foods, where she was Head of Marketing, to join Fletcher Insulation as Head of Marketing. 

• Lauren Hogbin moves on from Roc Partners, where she was Director, Head of Marketing, to join Remara as Head of Marketing. 

• Shane Potter exits equ, where he was Head of Marketing & Digital, to join MoleMap as Head of Marketing. 

• Lisa Jackson transitions from Loan Market Group, where she was GM, Marketing & Communications, to join Software Combined Group as Head of Origination. 

• Felicity Boulter leaves Liveperson, where she was Regional Manager, Growth Marketing APAC, to join Vontier as Regional Marketing Manager. 

• Sophie Morris steps away from Sparro, where she was Senior Media Coordinator, to join Showpo as Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator. 

• Justine Perry departs HammondCare, where she was Marketing Manager, to join Calvary Health Care as National External Communications Lead. 

• Pip Fredrickson moves on from itravel, where she was Marketing Executive, to join Scentre Group as Marketing Executive. 

• Claire Ward exits Mad Mex, where she was Marketing Coordinator, to join Velux as Digital Marketing Specialist. 

• Heidi Stevens transitions from Selleys Group, where she was Brand Manager, to join Velux as Product Manager.

• Umair Memon departs Dilmah Tea, where he was Category & Shopper Marketing Manager, to join John Sands as Category Manager. 

• Nicola Wilkins leaves Chemcorp, where she was Senior National Account Manager – Grocery, to join Coty as Commercial Excellence Manager. 

• Max Carter moves on from The Hershey Company, where he was Head of Commercial Strategy & Planning ANZO, to join Diageo as Commercial Strategy Lead. 

• Stephen O'Callaghan exits PepsiCo, where he was Head of Revenue Growth Management, to join Vinarchy as Global RGM Director.
