The State Manager – Victoria plays a pivotal role in driving this agenda through strategic oversight of operations and sales for the state.
  
The Role

Reporting directly to the GM, you will own the Victorian business end-to-end - spanning sales performance, customer experience, and site operations.

You’ll set and execute state-level commercial strategy, lead channel planning, deepen key customer relationships, and actively shape the product portfolio to drive sustainable revenue growth. At the same time, you’ll act as the escalation point for operations, ensuring distribution and supply chain performance reflect best practice.

This is a hands-on leadership role , guiding sales, customer service, and operational teams toward shared commercial and cultural outcomes.
The role is primarily based at the Epping distribution centre, with flexible working arrangements available.
  
What you’ll bring

• Senior leadership experience in wholesale, retail, or a similar environment
• Proven success driving both sales growth and operational excellence
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management capability
• Strategic mindset with the credibility to lead change
• Experience working within a local subsidiary of a global organisation (highly regarded)
• Commercial acumen, negotiation agility, and cross-functional influence
