The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of transactional banking, cash management, and liquidity strategy across a sophisticated, multi-entity structure.

- Debt ringfencing across major infrastructure assets
- Cash routed through tightly governed structures
- High-value, low-volume transactions
- A fully automated treasury environment (TMS-led, minimal Excel)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own daily cash positioning & liquidity management across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Manage cash within complex debt structures and ringfenced environments
- Drive cash flow forecasting (short, medium & long-term)
- Optimise working capital and liquidity deployment strategies
- Oversee intercompany funding, settlements & cash routing
- Partner with Treasury, Finance & leadership on risk, FX exposure & funding alignment
- Manage and enhance transaction banking structures and relationships
- Lead implementation and optimisation within the TMS
- Contribute to treasury strategy, transformation & future-state design
- ~10+ years treasury experience in a large, complex corporate or financial institution
- Deep expertise in cash & liquidity management (this is critical)
- Strong understanding of transaction banking, payments, and cash structures
- Experience working in multi-entity / international environments
- Exposure to debt platforms, project finance, or structured funding highly regarded
- Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment
- Systems-savvy (TMS)
- Scale & complexity – you’ll be managing cash across a structure that operates like a bank
