I’m working with a high‑growth, PE‑backed organisation to recruit a hands‑on Senior Treasury Analyst / Senior Treasury Accountant into a critical operational treasury role. This is a back‑office treasury position with real ownership and visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and running day‑to‑day treasury operations.
This role will suit someone comfortable working without a formal treasury system and happy operating in a highly Excel‑driven environment with manual processes.

Key responsibilities
- Daily cash and liquidity management
- Cash pooling and intercompany funding
- End‑to‑end loan and facility management (rolled loans, split facilities)
- Issuing and managing development drawdowns and repayments
- Bank, covenant and compliance reporting
- Interest calculations, accruals and reference rate updates
- Hedging and derivatives accounting, including mark‑to‑market
- Month‑end close and treasury reporting
- Board, ARC and investor reporting support
- Term deposit management across multiple entities
- Process documentation, controls and continuous improvement
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience in Treasury, Banking or Corporate Finance
- Experience in property, infrastructure or asset‑heavy operational businesses
- Strong exposure to cash flow, liquidity and debt management
- Advanced Excel skills essential
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, low‑infrastructure environments
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently
- Exposure to derivatives, hedging and interest rate management
- Power BI experience
