    But somewhere in the last twelve months, you’ve started wondering whether the next five years looks the same as the last five, and whether that’s actually what you want.

    This role is for you if the answer is no.

    This is the first dedicated NRM role that this large, Australian food manufacturing business has created. There is no function to inherit, and no existing framework to work within.

    You’ll build pricing architecture, channel and customer profitability models and trade investment frameworks from scratch with a clear mandate from the very top of the business.

    That’s the opportunity.

    Maybe you’re an NBM who’s ready to step off the customer treadmill and do something more strategic.

    Maybe you’re already working in RGM but want to own something end-to-end rather than execute within someone else’s framework. Either way, if building something from scratch - with real backing and real scale - appeals to you, keep reading.

    The leader you’ll work closely with has broad experience within the business, knows how to get things done, and will back you all the way.

    What you’ll need
    • Commercial leadership at NBM level or equivalent RGM experience, with deep understanding of how major retailers actually work commercially.
    • Enough NRM or RGM exposure to know what good looks like - you don’t need to have owned the space end-to-end, but you need to understand the frameworks
    • The ability to build and interrogate a P&L, run scenario modelling and translate complex data
    • into decisions a sales team can execute
    • Most importantly, the ability to influence others. Success in this role is dependent on your
    • The ability to bring others with you and actually change the way business is done.
