An Investor Relations role like no other. If you are a lateral thinker, and want to join a hyper growth company - this is the role for you.
Overview
Most investor relations roles involve explaining a business the market already understands. This one doesn't.
We're partnering with a business at the centre of the digital and energy infrastructure build-out - the category absorbing tens of billions of dollars globally right now, and one the market is still learning how to value. The company is growing at a rate that has few local comparisons, and is preparing for the scrutiny that comes with life as a listed business.
That makes this an unusual IR role. There is no established playbook for how investors assess these assets. The questions being asked are genuinely novel, from the economic life of the underlying hardware through to how a whole generation of infrastructure should be valued. You'd be helping to work out the answers, not repeating someone else's.

The role
- Support the GM IR, CFO and CEO in building and sharpening the equity story, investor messaging and Q&A
- Contribute to investor and disclosure materials, including results, market updates, investor presentations and annual reporting content
- Support engagement with sell-side analysts, institutional investors and capital markets advisers, and run the meeting and roadshow logistics that sit behind it
- Own the quantitative side. Consensus, peer benchmarking, KPI packs, valuation debates and sector research, built up from first principles rather than pulled from a template
- Turn what the market is telling you into short, useful insight for the executive
- Support the disclosure workflow alongside Legal, Finance and Company Secretary
- Five to ten years in equity research, investment banking, corporate finance or investor relations. Sell-side analysts and IB associates are strongly encouraged
- Genuinely sharp on modelling. You can build a complex model from scratch and defend every line of it
- Strong writing. You can take something technical and turn it into a clear investment case without losing the substance
- Working knowledge of ASX Listing Rules, continuous disclosure and listed-company reporting, or the ability to get there quickly
- Intellectual curiosity and conviction. The company wants someone who forms their own view and will argue it, not someone waiting to be told the line
- The pace to keep up. This is a high-cadence environment and the business moves faster than most people are used to
- A front-row seat in a sector being built in real time, with global relevance and very few precedents
- Direct exposure to the CEO, CFO and GM IR, in a founder-led business where decisions get made quickly
- Real scope to grow. This is designed as a platform role, not a support one
