ABOUT THE ROLE
   
Deliver key financial reporting and analysis for several funds in an impressive ASX listed organisation. 

DUTIES

• Prepare and deliver financial reporting across funds and capital partnerships
• Deliver management reporting requirements
• Detailed financial analysis and commentary to support strategic decision making
• Work closely with group finance to deliver robust financial controls to support new capital partnering structures
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis

• Funds management and capital partnering experience
• Prior property experience would be advantageous
• High level of technical accounting expertise with a commercial mindset
• CA or CPA qualification 
• Strong communication and presentation ability
