Senior FP&A Analyst
North Sydney, NSW
Contract Temp 12 to 14 month contract
$140k + Super
High impact Group FP&A role
Join a global ASX listed product-based business, supporting the Head of Group FP&A across a multi region, multi currency environment. This is a hands on role where you will own budgets, forecasts, reporting, cashflow and business partnering, working closely with senior leaders and regional teams across APAC, Europe and the Americas.
Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A, they are looking for someone proactive, accurate and confident stepping into meetings and leading conversations with the business.
The Opportunity
You will support a growing Group FP&A function with responsibility for
• Global budgets, forecasts and consolidated planning
• Monthly forecasting, variance analysis and executive reporting
• Financial modelling, scenario analysis and KPI insights
• Weekly sales and cash reporting
• Month end for corporate departments
• Selected consolidation tasks and support on board packs
• Cashflow forecasting and working capital analysis
With systems still developing and processes heavily Excel based, you will play a key part in improving how the group plans, reports and consolidates performance. The Head of Group FP&A is also looking for support across Power BI improvements, automation and broader finance transformation.
You will prepare analysis at pace and either brief the Head of Group FP&A ahead of meetings or run those meetings yourself with senior stakeholders including R&D, IT, marketing, operations, strategy and the CEO.
About You
• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Exposure to global or multi entity environments
• Ide4al background experience in Medical devices, health/pharmaceuticals or FMCG industries is desirable.
• High level Excel and modelling capability
• BI literacy, Power BI desirable
• NetSuite experience helpful
• Confident communicator able to simplify complex information
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable with manual processes
