ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Financial Accountant will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational support. This role combines hands-on accounting with the opportunity to provide commercial insights to drive business performance. You’ll manage key accounting processes, collaborate with operational leaders, and support finance initiatives that enable growth and efficiency across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage month-end close, financial statements, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support decision-making
• Assist with audits, tax lodgements, and process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement projects

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced or PE-backed environment
• Proven ability to collaborate with non-finance stakeholders and influence decisions
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
