ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for a driven finance professional to be part of a business undergoing growth and transformation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in enhancing financial processes, systems, delivering insights, and supporting strategic decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support end-to-end month-end close, including journals, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting
- Monitor and optimise working capital performance across receivables, payables, and cash flow cycles
- Maintain robust financial controls, ensuring balance sheet integrity and audit readiness
- Partner with operational stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights and improve decision-making
- Identify and implement system and process enhancements to improve reporting efficiency, data integrity, and financial visibility
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimisation and continuous improvement project
- CA/CPA qualified with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience
- Background in complex, asset-intensive industries
- Strong experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience in system enhancements
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
- Proven ability to partner effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Experience supporting external audits and statutory reporting requirements
