ABOUT THE ROLE
A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented Finance Manager to step up in supporting the C Suite in business operations and develop the finance function to be ready for projected growth.
DUTIES
- Lead and develop a finance team to deliver an effective day to day finance function
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting
- Develop and lead a robust annual budget and forecast process
- Maintain strong attention to detail around cash flow management
- Provide key decision makers across sales, marketing and operations with insightful analysis
- Oversight of compliance and statutory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with essential operational leaders on various projects and initiatives
- Take a strategic lead on process and systems improvements
- Team leadership and mentoring experience would be advantageous
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong communication and an eye for detail
- Self starter, hands on and motivated
- Proven track record with commercial finance support to the business
