This is a high-impact position where you’ll lead financial planning, deliver meaningful performance insights, and develop robust financial models to guide business strategy. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, ELT) influencing decisions across revenue growth, cost management and capital allocation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-impact position where you’ll lead financial planning, deliver meaningful performance insights, and develop robust financial models to guide business strategy. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, ELT) influencing decisions across revenue growth, cost management and capital allocation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Deliver insightful management reporting, board packs, and performance dashboards
- Conduct revenue, margin, and profitability analysis across products and services
- Own revenue forecasting and pipeline governance, ensuring accuracy and discipline
- Build pricing models and support margin optimisation initiatives
- Develop financial models for scenario planning, tenders, and strategic decisions
- Provide cash flow forecasting and working capital insights
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive data-informed decisions
- Support continuous improvement of systems, reporting tools, and automation
- CPA/CA qualified
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Commercial acumen across pricing, revenue modelling, and cost structures
- A financial accounting background is highly regarded but not essential.
- Experience with ERPs and data visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
