Senior Commercial Finance Manager — Regional Queensland, QLD (Relocation Opportunity)

Our client, a well-established ASX-listed organisation, is seeking a high-calibre Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join their regional Queensland leadership team.

This is a pivotal, high-visibility role supporting major long-term contracts while offering a genuine lifestyle move to Regional Queensland  — combining meaningful career impact with coastal living, shorter commutes, and strong community connectivity.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will partner closely with operational and executive stakeholders to drive performance, enhance commercial outcomes, and help shape the future direction of the finance function.

The Role

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, embedding accountability across the business
• Deliver commercial insights to support operational and executive decision-making
• Partner with operations to optimise contract performance and strengthen financial processes
• Oversee financial governance and risk across key long-term contracts
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Provide support to regional Queensland operations as required

About You

• Commercial finance leadership experience within infrastructure, industrial services, engineering, or asset-intensive environments
• Strong background managing long-term contracts and driving performance outcomes
• Advanced financial modelling, analysis, and planning capability
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Open to relocating to Regional Queensland and working closely with regional operations
