What you'll do
A newly created Senior Commercial Finance Manager role, reporting directly to the CFO. You'll play a key role in shaping commercial reporting, insights and strategy across a diversified portfolio, with direct access to the CFO and business owners.

What you'll do
- Lead commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and insights across a diversified portfolio, and continuously improve how that reporting gets done
- Partner closely with business unit leaders to understand performance drivers, challenge assumptions and influence outcomes across the group
- Provide strategic insight into risks, opportunities and P&L performance, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
- Play a key role in valuing the group's assets, including work that feeds into banking and funding requirements
- Lead and develop a team of 3, while being a strong influence across the broader finance function
- Support treasury-related activities, including debt arrangements and associated reporting obligations
- Help shape the group's approach to capital allocation and funding, including the financial modelling behind it
- Build out the group's budgeting and forecasting capability so it keeps pace with a growing, diversified business
- Drive process and reporting improvements, including using AI to work smarter and surface better insights
- Pick up ad hoc analysis and projects as priorities shift
- CA/CPA qualified, with 12+ years' relevant experience
- Exposure to listed or private property companies is essential
- Strong FP&A background, ideally across a diversified or multi-entity portfolio
- A track record of getting into the detail of a P&L and explaining what's really driving performance
- Experience leading and developing a small team
- Practical experience applying AI to improve reporting or performance
- CA/CPA qualified, with 12+ years' relevant experience
- Confidence operating with senior stakeholders and owners
- Direct pathway to senior leadership
