This is a high impact commercial finance role supporting senior leaders across a large and complex organisation.
The Senior Commercial Finance Analyst will act as a true business partner to multiple business units, providing financial insights that shape strategy, drive growth and improve operational performance. You will lead analysis, build models and translate financial data into clear recommendations that influence decision making at the highest level.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the finance business partner to specific business units with full ownership of budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Deliver financial insights, variance analysis and commercial recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and support strategic planning cycles.
• Build financial models, run scenarios and prepare business cases for new initiatives.
• Work closely with project teams to guide financials throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Present financial results and trends to non financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
• Use BI tools and analytics platforms to enhance reporting quality and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation across financial operations.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision making and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
• CA or CPA preferred.
• At least five years experience in finance with strong FP&A or commercial analysis exposure.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modelling and P&L analysis experience.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non financial stakeholders.
• Proven partnering skills with confidence influencing senior leaders.
• Advanced Excel ability and experience with ERP and BI tools.
• Industry background is flexible provided the candidate brings strong commercial capability.
• Comfortable working at pace with competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
