What’s the opportunity?
We’re recruiting two Contract National Account Executives (3-month assignments) to support major grocery accounts across Coles and Woolworths within a leading FMCG portfolio.
These roles sit right at the heart of the sales function, supporting day-to-day execution, reporting and promotional performance across a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Category and RGM, so strong communication and organisation are key.

- Owning daily and weekly sales reporting, including performance commentary
- Supporting promotional execution, trade spend tracking and accruals
- Analysing promo performance and identifying forecast improvements
- Managing forecasting alignment and supporting variance resolution
- Preparing inputs for customer collaboration decks and demand planning
- Coordinating field team updates, priorities and cycle meetings
- Maintaining Salesforce TPM systems across range, pricing and promotions
- Supporting the wider sales team across key meetings and initiatives
You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Category and RGM, so strong communication and organisation are key.
What experience do you need to have?
- Experience in a National Account Executive, ISP or similar FMCG sales support role
- Exposure to Coles and/or Woolworths
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (essential)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
