    If you’re a hands-on National Account Executive who thrives in the detail and enjoys being at the centre of a high-performing grocery team, these contract roles could be a great fit.

    What’s the opportunity?

    We’re recruiting  two Contract National Account Executives (3-month assignments)  to support major grocery accounts across  Coles and Woolworths  within a leading FMCG portfolio.

    These roles sit right at the heart of the sales function, supporting day-to-day execution, reporting and promotional performance across a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

    You’ll be responsible for:
    • Owning daily and weekly sales reporting, including performance commentary
    • Supporting promotional execution, trade spend tracking and accruals
    • Analysing promo performance and identifying forecast improvements
    • Managing forecasting alignment and supporting variance resolution
    • Preparing inputs for customer collaboration decks and demand planning
    • Coordinating field team updates, priorities and cycle meetings
    • Maintaining Salesforce TPM systems across range, pricing and promotions
    • Supporting the wider sales team across key meetings and initiatives

    You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Category and RGM, so strong communication and organisation are key.

    What experience do you need to have?
    • Experience in a National Account Executive, ISP or similar FMCG sales support role
    • Exposure to Coles and/or Woolworths
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (essential)
    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
    • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
