About the role
We are recruiting for a Property Accountant to support a property portfolio during a maternity leave period. This is a hands on role focused on BAU delivery across property accounting and forecasting activities.
The role is suited to someone with prior experience in property accounting or property finance who is comfortable stepping into an existing environment and supporting day to day financial processes.
 
Key responsibilities
- Support property accounting activities across assigned assets
- Assist with month end close processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare variance analysis and basic commentary
- Work closely with property managers and internal stakeholders
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
 
About you
- Experience in property accounting or property finance
- Exposure to budgeting and forecasting in a property environment
- Comfortable in a hands on, BAU focused role
- Able to step in quickly with limited handover
- Immediate availability
