Project Support Officer (5 month FTC)
5 month contract, immediate start

Job brief
An urgent opportunity is available for a Project Support Officer to support a global finance systems rollout and related implementation activity across multiple regions. This role will sit at the centre of a fast moving program, coordinating onboarding, training, issue triage, supplier setup, and reporting across a broad user base.
This is a hands on contract role suited to someone who can bring structure to a busy rollout, keep stakeholders moving, and execute against a clear plan. It will suit a proactive and highly organised coordinator with prior exposure to ERP, finance systems, or software implementation projects.

Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of finance related systems across multiple international locations
- Coordinate training sessions, onboarding activity, communications, and follow ups across a large global user group
- Track attendance, completion rates, onboarding progress, and rollout milestones across each locality
- Act as a first point of coordination for incoming issues, triaging queries and passing them to the right people for resolution
- Support supplier onboarding and setup activity required as part of the implementation
- Manage a high volume of email and stakeholder coordination behind the scenes to keep the rollout on track
- Maintain trackers, status updates, reporting packs, and Excel based dashboards for leadership reporting
- Work closely with the project leads and finance team to execute against the rollout plan and ensure key tasks are completed
- Around 2 to 3 years of experience in project support, implementation support, PMO support, or finance systems coordination
- Exposure to ERP rollout, software implementation, finance systems, or transformation environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow ups at once
- Good communication skills and confidence coordinating with stakeholders across different regions
- Comfortable working independently, taking direction, and pushing tasks through to completion
- A proactive, sleeves rolled up mindset with the ability to grasp processes quickly
- Useful understanding of finance operations, including supplier onboarding and system workflows
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to maintain trackers and simple dashboard style reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, or similar coordination tools will be well regarded
- Flexibility to work across time zones when needed to support international stakeholders
- Immediate start in a business critical implementation project
- Broad exposure to a global systems rollout across finance and operations
- Sydney Olympic Park location with parking
