    About the role

    We are working with a large Australian organisation seeking an Oracle Finance Systems Manager to support a finance systems and process uplift.

    The role will focus on reducing manual processes, improving workflows and controls, and helping the Finance team build stronger internal systems capability.

    This position will partner closely with Finance, Technology, business users and external support providers to improve system adoption, resolve issues and drive practical productivity improvements.

    Key responsibilities

    • Act as a key Finance Systems contact for Oracle optimisation, user support and process improvement
    • Work with Finance stakeholders to identify system gaps, manual processes and improvement opportunities
    • Improve the use of Oracle functionality across finance operations, controls, workflows and approvals
    • Partner with Technology and external providers to resolve issues and improve service delivery
    • Support process uplift across GL, P2P, O2C, reconciliations, month end and broader finance operations
    • Build finance team capability through training, documentation and practical user support
    • Support enhancements, testing, change management and process documentation
    • Help reduce manual workarounds and drive productivity across Finance

    About you

    • Strong Oracle Fusion or Oracle Financials experience
    • Good understanding of GL, P2P, O2C, reconciliations, month end and financial controls
    • Experience improving workflows, approvals, controls, user adoption or system efficiency
    • Confidence working between Finance, Technology and external support partners
    • Ability to train users and build internal capability
    • Strong problem solving, stakeholder management and change management skills
    • Hands on, practical and improvement focused approach
    • Experience in complex or controls focused environments would be beneficial
