    Job brief

    We are working with a large Australian organisation seeking an Oracle Finance Systems Manager to help improve how Finance uses Oracle Fusion.
      
    The role will focus on leveraging the system more effectively, reducing manual processes, improving controls and building stronger internal systems capability across Finance.
      
    This is a hands-on role sitting close to Finance, Technology, Data and external support partners. It will suit someone who understands Oracle from a finance process perspective and can turn system functionality into practical improvements.

    Responsibilities
    • Act as a key Finance Systems contact for Oracle optimisation, user support and process improvement
    • Work with Finance stakeholders to identify manual processes, system gaps and improvement opportunities
    • Improve Oracle workflows, approvals, controls and finance process efficiency
    • Support process uplift across GL, P2P, O2C, AP, AR, reconciliations, month end and broader finance operations
    • Partner with Technology, Data and external providers to resolve system issues and improve service delivery
    • Support improvements across Cash Management, lease accounting and system-driven controls
    • Train Finance users, document processes and build stronger internal capability
    • Support testing, enhancements, change management and continuous improvement

      
    Requirements
    • Strong Oracle Fusion or Oracle Financials experience
    • Good understanding of finance processes including GL, P2P, O2C, AP, AR, reconciliations, month end and controls
    • Experience improving workflows, approvals, controls, user adoption or system efficiency
    • Ability to work closely with Finance users and translate process issues into system improvements
    • Confidence working with Technology, Data and external support partners
    • Experience with Cash Management, lease accounting, integrations or booking/billing system flows into GL will be highly regarded
    • Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and documentation skills
    • Hands-on, practical and improvement focused approach
