  • A genuine step-up opportunity for a high-performing Senior National Account Manager in pharmacy to move into a true National Business Manager role.

    This is a business on a strong growth trajectory, investing in its future and building scale across both pharmacy and e-commerce. They are looking for someone to step into an established role, take ownership and continue driving performance across two critical channels.

    What’s the opportunity?

    • Own the pharmacy channel end to end, including one of the most strategic retail customers in the Australian market
    • Lead key wholesale relationships alongside a fast-growing e-commerce channel
    • Own the P&L with accountability for revenue, margin and trade spend
    • Manage and develop a direct report while influencing a broader field team
    • Drive joint business planning, commercial strategy and execution across multiple channels
    • Play a key role in scaling an already high-growth part of the business

    • Exposure to e-commerce is beneficial but not essential
    • Someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
