In recent years, they’ve achieved enormous success and grown share in a highly competitive category which is dominated by global players.

By successfully driving the growth agenda for one of the business’s major grocery customers you’ll have a visible and tangible impact within the business and accelerate your career development.
You’ll be doing everything you’d expect from a senior account management role, but you’ll get a level of ownership and decision-making ability which is incredibly rare in FMCG business.
And you’ll work under an exceptional, well-respected leader who will push and support you to realise your potential.
The business is headquartered in Sydney’s CBD, with a manufacturing site in the outer suburbs. You’ll spend 3-4 days in the office - mostly in Head Office and occasionally at the site – and you’ll be down in Melbourne once or twice a month with your customer.
Alternatively, the role can be based in Melbourne with regular travel to Sydney to connect with the business.
What you need
- You must have been responsible for leading the growth of a major grocery customer for an FMCG business, by developing and executing strategic plans aligned to category, retailer and business priorities, which deliver mutual profit growth.
- You’ll have very strong commercial acumen, able to understand how you influence your P&L and the retailer’s.
- You’ll have very strong examples of where you’ve had to influence internally, to help your business really understand your customer, and to accelerate/work around existing process where there is immediate commercial opportunity.
