Step into your first National Account Manager role, managing the day to day Woolworths relationship while developing alongside experienced leaders.
Ready to take the step into a National Account Manager role?
This is an opportunity to own the day to day Woolworths relationship while learning alongside experienced commercial leaders within one of Australia's largest beverage businesses.
You'll take ownership of the day to day Woolworths relationship, building trusted partnerships with Category Managers and Assistant Category Managers while supporting one of Refresco's most important customer accounts.
Unlike many Woolworths roles, this isn't about endless high pressure negotiations and layers of internal process. It's about building genuine customer partnerships, moving quickly, making decisions and working in a business that's agile enough to act on good ideas.
Working across both branded and private label portfolios, you'll own the day to day customer relationship while supporting wider customer initiatives, including range reviews and Joint Business Planning. It's an opportunity to broaden your commercial capability within a lean, agile business where initiative is encouraged and development comes through genuine responsibility, coaching and exposure to broader commercial initiatives.
The Role
You will:
You may already be a National Account Manager, but this role is equally suited to a strong National Account Executive or junior Key Account Manager ready to take the next step.
You'll be commercially curious, analytical and enjoy building strong customer relationships. Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, you're proactive, resilient and thrive in a business where pace, collaboration and initiative are genuinely valued.

- Support the delivery of range reviews, Joint Business Planning and broader customer initiatives.
