About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director ANZ, the National Account Executive will play a critical role supporting major retail customers across grocery and independent channels.
This is a fast-paced commercial role that sits at the centre of the sales function, supporting promotional planning, forecasting, trade spend management, reporting and customer engagement.
You will work closely with National Account Managers, category and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution across customer plans and promotional activity.

You will work closely with National Account Managers, category and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution across customer plans and promotional activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting promotional planning and execution across key retail accounts
- Managing retailer portals, promotional submissions and customer administration
- Assisting with forecasting, sales analysis and reporting
- Supporting claims management and trade spend tracking
- Building relationships with retail stakeholders and internal teams
- Assisting with category reviews, range analysis and customer presentations
- Coordinating cross-functional activity to deliver commercial objectives

Ideal experience includes:
- Experience within FMCG, retail or a related commercial environment
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confidence working across multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Exposure to Nielsen, Circana/IRI or Quantium data would be advantageous
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
