Lead marketing for a global, PE-backed B2B business - report to the MD, own lead gen and brand, and build your team with a path to the SLT.
The Company:
Our client is the Australian operation of a multi-billion-dollar global business that operates in dozens of international markets. It’s owned by a private equity firm with a long-term hold strategy. The group works across both B2B and B2C markets, and its purpose centres on product quality and environmental sustainability. Its decentralised model gives local teams the freedom to tailor solutions and service to the markets they know best. This role sits within a B2B-focused business unit where marketing is central: it shapes the entire customer experience and plays a key role in strategy and performance. This is a confidential search, and the employer’s identity will be shared with shortlisted candidates once they have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will drive lead generation, conversion, marketing ROI and brand growth for the Australian business. Your focus will be split roughly 65% on lead generation and demand creation and 35% on brand. You’ll turn marketing strategy into measurable commercial outcomes across paid media, website, digital, CRM and customer lifecycle campaigns, and keep brand positioning consistent at every customer touchpoint.
Key responsibilities include:
Why Join?
Report directly to the Managing Director in a business investing in hypergrowth. You’ll build your own team, help shape the move to a more consumer-led marketing model, and have scope to grow into a Senior Marketing Manager role and potentially join the Senior Leadership Team. The package includes a competitive base salary plus a performance-linked bonus. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in the Western Sydney office, on-site parking and an easy walk from the train station.
