Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end month end process, including accruals, reporting, profit and loss analysis and balance sheet reconciliation
- Support the interim and annual controls and financial audit process
- Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders on day to day finance matters and requests
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work through better use of systems
- Support the annual budgeting process and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
- Provide financial modelling, analysis and commentary on new projects and initiatives
- CA or CPA qualified accountant
- Minimum two years experience post qualification
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable embracing change within a business
- Experience with a large ERP system is a plus but not essential
