    We’re partnering with a high-growth business looking for a hands-on acquisitions specialist to own the process end-to-end — from due diligence through to completion and into early-stage integration.

    This is a role with real impact. You won’t be sitting on the sidelines — you’ll be in the detail, driving outcomes, and making sure acquisitions actually land successfully. This is a doer role, there are no direct reports.

    What you’ll be doing:
    • Running financial due diligence across acquisitions
    • Building and owning the acquisition model
    • Managing completion deliverables (incl. dividends, accounts, adjustments & earnouts)
    • Leading post-deal onboarding — banking setup, finance integration, stakeholder alignment
    • Owning completion accounts
    • Partnering closely with senior leadership
    • Engaging external advisors on larger, complex deals
    What we’re looking for:
    • Proven experience taking acquisitions from start to finish
    • Must have strong understanding of acquisition accounting (PPA's) 
    • Advanced/expert M&A financial modelling capability with commercial awareness
    • Background in Big 4 TS, Corporate Finance, or in-house M&A
    • Someone who can operate autonomously and hold their ground with senior difficult stakeholders
    • Not just technical — you understand why deals succeed or fail
    • onus if you have experience with integrations
