    This is the ideal entry role into investor relations for someone with strong coordination, executive support or corporate affairs experience. It is a genuine coordination role at the centre of a busy IR function. You will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations, providing the structure and discipline that keeps calendars, materials, disclosure and stakeholder coordination running properly.
     
    About Our Client

    Our client is a growing, privately backed business with a lean executive team, currently building out its investor relations function as it scales. 
     
    Responsibilities
    • Coordinate the IR calendar, including results, trading updates, AGMs, investor days, roadshows, conferences and one on one meetings
    • Coordinate travel and logistics for interstate investor meetings and roadshows
    • Support production, version control and sign off tracking for investor materials, ASX announcements, presentations and annual reporting content
    • Work with Legal and Company Secretariat on the disclosure workflow, including tracking drafts, managing comments, running sign off checklists and coordinating ASX release logistics
    • Coordinate investor website updates, webcast logistics and digital investor materials with Communications, Legal, IT and external providers
    • Manage the day to day operation of the investor CRM, including logging interactions, maintaining contact records and preparing reports for management and the Board
    • Coordinate shareholder register monitoring, share registry requests, targeting lists, proxy adviser tracking and analyst coverage records
    • Coordinate with capital markets advisers, legal counsel, PR advisers and share registry providers on process, timelines and deliverables
     
    Requirements
    • 5+ years in coordination, program management, executive support, corporate affairs, capital markets operations or corporate access.
    • Listed company, transaction, professional services or investment banking background preferred
    • Experience coordinating with senior executives.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Familiar with Microsoft 365, IR CRM, share registry systems, market data services or virtual data rooms
