A leading Australian-owned business with a strong global footprint is seeking a commercially minded Brand Manager
to lead marketing across New Zealand and key international export markets.
Reporting to a newly appointed Head of Marketing, this is a high-impact role where you’ll translate brand strategy into measurable, revenue-driving activity across diverse regions.

Reporting to a newly appointed Head of Marketing, this is a high-impact role where you’ll translate brand strategy into measurable, revenue-driving activity across diverse regions.
About the Role This role has two key areas of focus:
- New Zealand: Lead end-to-end marketing, partnering closely with the local commercial team to deliver campaigns, launches and communications aligned to growth targets.
- Export Markets: Act as the central marketing lead supporting international distributors across priority markets including Asia, Europe and emerging regions.
Given the global nature of the role, flexibility is key — occasional evening calls will be required, balanced with autonomy in how you manage your time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and protect brand positioning across New Zealand and export markets
- Deliver the New Zealand marketing plan aligned to commercial objectives
- Partner with international distributors to develop and execute marketing activity plans
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, including forecasting and performance tracking
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital, trade, content and partner channels
- Support digital initiatives, including website and platform integration across markets
- Measure, analyse and optimise campaign performance against defined KPIs
- 3–5+ years’ experience in Brand Management or similar
- Experience working across multiple markets, distributors or export environments
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, including paid digital
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and offshore partners
- Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
- Creative thinker who can deliver impactful outcomes without relying on large budgets
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to culture
- High ownership role with real commercial impact
- Exposure to international markets and global stakeholders
- Work closely with an experienced and newly structured marketing leadership team
- Flexible working approach to support global collaboration
