  • An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Head of Marketing to join a well-established, market-leading business with strong Australian heritage and global backing. This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially minded marketer ready to take ownership of the full marketing function across brand, digital, performance, CRM, and creative.

    Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will act as a true 2IC and play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving performance, and influencing growth across local and international markets.

    The Role:

    You will lead a high-performing team across brand management, digital marketing, internal creative, and export marketing, while partnering closely with CRM, product, innovation, and project teams to drive commercial outcomes.
    This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires someone who can balance brand building with strong digital performance and lead generation.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Owning the full marketing mix across brand, digital, CRM, creative, and export marketing
    • Driving strategic brand leadership across both B2B and B2C channels
    • Leading performance marketing, lead generation, conversion optimisation, and paid media strategy
    • Overseeing website development and digital customer experience
    • Managing and developing a team marketing professionals
    • Supporting international markets including the UK, New Zealand, USA, and distributor networks
    • Ensuring global brand consistency while adapting programs for local market success
    • Partnering cross-functionally with product, innovation, and commercial teams
    • Leveraging CRM and Salesforce capabilities to unlock growth opportunities
    • Supporting the transition from product-led to consumer-led innovation
    About You:  

    You are an established Head of Marketing with proven success leading complex marketing functions in fast-paced, commercially driven environments. You'll bring:
    • Strong experience across the full marketing mix
    • Deep expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and lead generation
    • Strategic brand leadership capability
    • Experience leading and engaging high-performing teams
    • Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
    • Experience working across global or multi-market environments
    • The confidence and gravitas to operate as a senior leadership 2IC
    • Experience with digital platform management
    Experience across both B2B and B2C environments will be highly regarded as will industry experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods / Electronics.
