We are seeking a strategic Head of Marketing who can elevate brand performance, lead innovation initiatives, drive digital transformation and inspire a high-performing team. This role requires a marketer who can seamlessly connect consumer insights, brand strategy, product innovation and commercial outcomes across both B2B and B2C channels.
Reporting to a senior executive leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the business while influencing stakeholders locally and internationally.

- Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen market position and accelerate growth
- Lead the innovation agenda, partnering closely with product and commercial teams to bring consumer-led solutions to market
- Drive digital marketing excellence across performance media, CRM, marketing automation, customer lifecycle programs and digital experience platforms
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation
- Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align marketing activity with broader business objectives
- Leverage consumer, customer and market insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints
- Lead marketing initiatives across both direct-to-consumer and trade channels
- Support international market growth through adaptable and scalable marketing programs
You are a proven marketing leader with a track record of building brands, leading teams and delivering measurable commercial results.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Significant senior marketing leadership experience gained within FMCG, consumer packaged goods (CPG), consumer durables or appliance categories
- Experience marketing through both B2B and B2C channels, with a strong understanding of the unique dynamics of each
- Strong brand strategy credentials and a passion for building distinctive consumer brands
- Demonstrated success leading innovation and new product development initiatives
- Deep understanding of modern digital marketing ecosystems including CRM, marketing automation, performance media, website optimisation and customer journey management
- Exceptional leadership capability with experience developing and inspiring high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate marketing investment into business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills within complex organisations
- Lead marketing for a highly respected consumer brand with a strong market position
- Influence business strategy at a senior leadership level
