What you'll do
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll lead a high-performing finance team and have broad responsibility across planning, performance and decision support.
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning cycle and long-range financial planning.
- Own forecasting and provide forward-looking insight into risks, opportunities and performance.
- Deliver clear and commercially relevant financial reporting to senior leadership and governance stakeholders.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on external financial reporting and investor-related requirements.
- Develop performance frameworks, reporting rhythms and analytical capabilities across the organisation.
- Drive automation and improve the quality and accessibility of financial insight.
- Strengthen financial discipline, accountability and efficiency across corporate functions.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to the CFO and senior leadership team.
- Lead, develop and build capability within the finance team.
- CA/CPA qualified with experience within an ASX-listed or product-based customer facing orgaisation
- You'll be a seasoned finance executive with 15+ years' experience and a strong foundation across FP&A, performance management and commercial finance.
- Proven experience operating within a large, complex organisation
- Strong executive and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience influencing senior leadership and governance stakeholders.
- A track record of driving performance improvement and organisational change.
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- The ability to translate financial information into clear business decisions.
- $350,000 base + super + STI + LTI
