    Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive Group Performance: Deliver clear, insightful analysis of financial results and performance to the Performance Team and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
    • Champion Change: Lead continuous improvement initiatives across reporting processes, outputs, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes and embed financial discipline across the business.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of workflow, strategy, and business objectives.
    About You:
    • Proven FP&A Leadership: Extensive experience in FP&A functions in large, complex organisations (ideally ASX200 or equivalent).
    • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
    • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passionate about driving change and elevating reporting standards and processes.
    • Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel modelling and systems skills; contemporary approach to FP&A.
    • Collaborative Team Player: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
    • Experience: 10+ years in Finance leadership roles across FP&A, and Commercial Finance.
    • Background: Demonstrated success managing reporting for ASX-listed or equivalent organisations.
