Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Controller will be responsible for:

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- Managing the preparation and presentation of financial statements, and reports
- Oversee the group consolidation of results
- Manage and develop the financial accounting and transactional function including direct reports
- Statutory reporting and tax management
- Continuous improvement of processes and control
- Delivery of month end and year end close
- Maintain balance sheet, P&L process controls and reconciliations
- Educate and lead on financial control risks
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders from operational and management teams
- CA or CPA qualified
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of finance policies, procedures and accounting standards
- Foundations in Big 4 or large mid-tier accounting firm highly regarded
- Resilient with a flexible and adaptable style
- Experience in Private Equity environments would be advantageous
