The Opportunity:

The Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in leading the finance function, ensuring best-in-class financial reporting, governance and commercial insight across a complex, multi-entity and project-driven environment.

You will work closely with senior leadership, providing visibility on performance, supporting investment decisions, and helping shape the financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group reporting, consolidations and month-end close, delivering timely and insightful outputs
• Own the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the organisation
• Provide commercial analysis and performance insights to support decision-making
• Oversee cashflow, treasury, tax and statutory compliance across domestic and international operations
• Drive process improvement, systems optimisation and financial governance frameworks

• CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years’ experience in financial control or group reporting roles
• Proven experience in complex, multi-entity or fast-paced environments
• Strong technical capability across IFRS, consolidations and statutory reporting
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate financials into actionable insight
• A hands-on, adaptable leader who thrives in dynamic, high-performance environments
