ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity for a highly capable financial accountant or business services first mover to join a broad scoping role reporting directly into a Finance Manager and working across the business as well as with SLT.

ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity for a highly capable financial accountant or business services first mover to join a broad scoping role reporting directly into a Finance Manager and working across the business as well as with SLT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process, including journal preparation, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
- Support statutory reporting requirements, liaising with external auditors and advisers as needed
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, identifying opportunities for process improvement across the finance function
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insight and support broader business initiatives
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Business services background is highly regarded
- Hands on and in the detail approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Motivated and ambitious
