ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant position will take ownership of core financial reporting deliverables while also contributing to broader commercial and operational initiatives. Ideal for a first mover, this role has genuine exposure to senior leaders, giving you the platform to influence performance, shape processes, and build capability as the business scales. It’s an environment where curiosity, drive, and ambition are recognised and rewarded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead month-end close activities, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory obligations
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles. 
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver insights that inform decision-making
• Assist with external audits.
• Contribute to system and process improvement.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• CA/CPA qualified
• Audit or Business Services first mover is highly desirable.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Motivated and ability to operate on own initiative
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
