ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead a small team of project focused accountants to deliver accurate and consistent reporting. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, Commercial and operational leaders to deliver a reliable accounting function and inform commercial decision-making and pathways.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead a small team of project focused accountants to deliver accurate and consistent reporting. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, Commercial and operational leaders to deliver a reliable accounting function and inform commercial decision-making and pathways.
DUTIES
- Develop a high performing team through use of goal setting & data driven KPI’s
- Manage a team to deliver consistent, accurate project accounting and consolidations
- Contribute to commercial contract management and structuring
- Drive process improvement and standardisation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships
- SME on technical accounting matter
- Prior team leadership experience would be preferred
- Worked in high pace environment with short month end close
- High level of commercial acumen
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong communication and presentation ability
