ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager is accountable for the operational integrity and performance of financial operations across the business. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant or newly promoted Finance Manager to step into a high growth, fast paced environment. You will lead a small team, take ownership of financial control and play a hands-on leadership role in developing your team and driving continuous improvement across financial operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager is accountable for the operational integrity and performance of financial operations across the business. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant or newly promoted Finance Manager to step into a high growth, fast paced environment. You will lead a small team, take ownership of financial control and play a hands-on leadership role in developing your team and driving continuous improvement across financial operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILIES
- Own the financial control environment across revenue, general ledger, receivables and payables, including month-end close and full balance sheet reconciliation
- Review annual financial statements and oversee month end and year end process.
- Oversee statutory and tax compliance (BAS, GST, FBT) and lead external audit preparation
- Partner with FP&A and the Financial Controller on budgeting, reforecasting and financial planning.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team, driving process improvement and automation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Experience in fast paced, dynamic environments
- Exposure to statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit processes
- ERP experience (SAP or similar) with strong Excel skills, covering revenue, WIP and working capital
- Proven team leadership and strong commercial stakeholder management
