ABOUT THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity for a motivated financial professional to join an exciting business on a growth and transformation journey. Working closely with senior leadership, this is a role where you can add impact, drive change and genuinely improve how the business operates.

DUTIES

• Support the month-end close, including journals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintain strong financial controls, balance sheet integrity, and audit-ready documentation
• Monitor working capital and finance operations, including receivables, payables, and cash processes
• Oversee lease accounting, ensuring accurate records and reconciliations
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and improve business visibility
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting efficiency, and support finance-related projects

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Previous industry experience within complex, asset-heavy environments
• Proficient in ERP systems and finance reporting tools
• Strong analytical ability and advanced with excel.
• Solid business partnering ability with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience supporting external audit and statutory reporting.
