ABOUT THE ROLE
   
Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Finance Manager will join at a time of organic growth to support the business function whilst driving tactical process and system improvement to the finance function. A broad and varied role with remote work options. 
  
DUTIES

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting
• Develop and lead a robust annual budget and forecast process
• Maintain strong attention to detail around cash flow management 
• Provide key decision makers with insightful analysis
• Be hands on with compliance and statutory reporting requirements
• Collaborate with essential operational leaders on various development projects and initiatives
• Ensure accurate investor statements

• Real Estate or Construction industry experience 
• CA or CPA Qualified
• Highly articulate and a confident communicator 
• Experience with systems and process improvements will be beneficial 
• Strong user of Excel
