Finance Manager – Fixed Assets (12-Month Contract)

This is not your standard Finance Manager role.
You’ll step into a business scaling at serious pace, sitting at the centre of multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects and owning the full lifecycle of assets from day one.
We’re looking for someone who wants to get their hands dirty.
Someone who doesn’t just manage a fixed asset register — but builds, improves and owns it end-to-end.

This is true end-to-end ownership:
- Construction in progress (CIP) → capitalisation → depreciation
- Asset tracking across multiple large-scale projects
- Partnering cross-functionally to understand how money is actually being spent
- Driving improvements in systems, processes and reporting
What Makes This Different

What We’re Looking For
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong experience in fixed assets / GL / capex accounting
- Someone highly detailed and analytical
- Comfortable working across NetSuite, Yardi, Excel (and ideally Power BI)
- Confident engaging with non-finance stakeholders
- Most importantly — someone proactive who takes ownership.
- 12-month contract (strong chance of extension, no guarantees)
- Hybrid: 3 days in office (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
- Reporting into a strong Senior Finance Manager
