This is a genuine end-to-end commercial finance role, where you'll take ownership OPEX across the business. You'll be the trusted business partner to senior leaders across the business, translating financial data into clear, commercially grounded guidance that shapes real investment and cost decisions. It's a role with real scope to influence, challenge, and drive outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll be the trusted business partner to senior leaders across the business, translating financial data into clear, commercially grounded guidance that shapes real investment and cost decisions. It's a role with real scope to influence, challenge, and drive outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own commercial oversight of the operating cost base, including overheads & headcount.
- Embed costs into budgets, forecasts and rolling outlooks, flagging any risks or opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using scenario analysis to sharpen decision-making
- Drive cost efficiency and process improvement across the business
- Play a key role in the finance data transformation and data warehouse program
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Proven track record in commercial finance or FP&A
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Confident communicator and hands on in your approach
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
