ABOUT THE COMPANY

THE ROLE     
Working in a dynamic team of highly experienced leaders, the role will suit a motivated finance professional with a strong work ethic and motivated to develop and progress in their career. It will focus on a high growth area of the organisation, providing some great challenges navigating complexity within the business, driving value from data and building business cases to support commercial decision making.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with senior stakeholders and support on business unit decision making
• Full P&L ownership - lead month end, reconciliations, and monthly insights.
• Develop robust financial models for new business initiatives.
• Build driver-based budgets and forecasts aligned to strategy.
• Model new initiatives with clear metrics and sensitivity analysis.
• Deliver sharp, data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• CA/CPA qualified
• Experienced Finance Business Partner, with exposure in a large complex organisation.
• Strong excel modelling, business casing, contracts review, strategic decision making
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to dive deep and challenge the status quo
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, and communicate effectively across the wider business.
