ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this newly created role offers broad exposure across financial control, commercial partnering, and financial analysis. You’ll take ownership of a key business unit, supporting operational leaders and senior stakeholders to deliver growth, efficiency, and measurable impact. This is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on accounting with high-level commercial influence in a PE-backed environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver finance reporting, analysis, and insights for allocated business units
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with operational and senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
• Analyse trends and financial drivers 
• Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems
• Lead business performance reviews
• Ensure strong governance and financial rigour across the units you support

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• CA or CPA qualified 
• Strong technical accounting skills with commercial acumen
• Well versed in financial modelling.
• Experience in fast paced or PE-backed organisations highly regarded
• Proven ability to influence and partner with non-finance stakeholders
• Highly analytical with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
