As a key member of the Leadership Team reporting the Group CFO, and Executive General Managers, the role oversees a large and critical portfolio enabling sustainable growth and value creation across the business:

As a key member of the Leadership Team reporting the Group CFO, and Executive General Managers, the role oversees a large and critical portfolio enabling sustainable growth and value creation across the business:
- Provide financial governance, strategic advice, and business partnership across all business streams.
- Drive enterprise value creation through disciplined financial planning, investment evaluation, and portfolio optimisation.
- Partner with business leaders to shape strategy, challenge performance, and ensure commercial outcomes are delivered responsibly and sustainably.
- Oversee accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and budgeting to support sound decision-making and accountability.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team and strengthen financial capability across the business, embedding analytical rigour, strategic foresight, and operational excellence.
- Significant executive-level finance experience within complex organisations and understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, preferably with exposure to commodities, trading, derivatives.
- Deep commercial and strategic acumen, with a track record of influencing investment, growth, and performance outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with credibility at Board and Executive levels.
- A collaborative, enterprise-minded leadership style that builds trust, alignment and accountability.
- Proven ability to conceive, communicate and execute on strategic initiatives to drive growth and Total Shareholder Returns.
- Experienced in complex businesses such as energy, utilities, mining/commodities, oil and gas, heavy industry.
- Ideally experienced in a large ASX or publicly-listed company.
