    ABOUT THE ROLE

    A fantastic opportunity into a broad and varied GRC function for someone looking to fast-track their compliance and risk career. You'll sit within a small, high-performing team with direct access to senior leaders - getting hands-on exposure across regulatory compliance, risk management, internal controls, policy governance and assurance.
      
    RESPONSIBILITES
    • Maintain the compliance obligations register and keep remediation on track across the business
    • Support risk assessments, compliance reporting and periodic assurance processes
    • Assist with control testing, validation and documentation
    • Support policy management - review cycles, document control and attestations
    • Contribute to risk register updates and enterprise risk reporting
    • Assist with internal audit, business continuity and probity activities
    • Administer complaints, grievance and integrity registers
    • Be the day-to-day compliance resource for business units
    KEY SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
    • 4–6 years' experience in compliance, risk, governance or audit
    • Hands-on familiarity with compliance registers, controls frameworks or assurance processes
    • Technical understanding of compliance and risk principles.
    • Sharp attention to detail and comfortable owning reporting and documentation
    • Clear, confident communicator across all levels of a business
    • Exposure to a regulated or government-funded environment is a bonus
