ABOUT THE ROLE 

This is a high-impact Commercial Analyst role where you’ll partner directly with senior leaders across the business to shape strategy and drive performance. Sitting within a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team, you’ll turn data into meaningful insights that influence pricing, forecasting, and business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain high-quality datasets and dashboards using Power BI.
• Produce regular reporting packs, commercial analysis, and management insights.
• Analyse business performance to unlock revenue, margin, and efficiency gains
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to influence outcomes
• Build financial models, scenarios, and business cases
• Improve reporting, systems, and processes through automation and innovation

• 3–6+ years’ experience in commercial analysis, FP&A, or similar
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
• Advanced Excel + experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
