The Opportunity

• This opportunity is perfect for a GM or Head of Finance who wants their first CFO role, or someone who has more recently stepped into the CFO arena.
• Partner with an experienced Board and Executive Team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
• Drive strategy, aligned with growth and profitability.
• Be a trusted partner in commercialising innovation, enabling agile decision making, and scaling the organisation.
• Implement scalable systems, processes and policies, and controls that support growth.
• Develop and lead a high performing team.

• CA/CPA Qualified, 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience ideally in a SaaS or health care business.
• Proven scaling in a business $70-150m+
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to drive and commercialise opportunities.
• A hands-on style—dig into the detail while stepping back to drive strategy. 
• Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally including Boards and Owners.
• Strength in financial strategy, pricing analysis, process improvement in systems processes, people, reporting, governance, risk, and operational oversight.
• High IT literacy, understanding of SaaS metrics, results focussed.
