  • Full ownership of a market-leading brand and its P&L
  • Global backing, innovation and a clear career runway
  • Shape strategy, NPD and category insights
  • The Company
One of the world's most established consumer goods businesses, with a market-leading portfolio trusted in households across Australia. Backed by significant global scale and supported by an international network of innovation centres, the business partners closely with regulatory, supply chain, medical marketing and sales teams to bring new products to market with pace and rigour. It's a business where marketing sits at the heart of commercial success, and where brand leaders are given genuine ownership from day one.

    The Role
This is a pivotal Brand Manager role, giving you true end-to-end ownership of a market-leading brand within the portfolio - from strategy through to shelf. Acting as the voice of the consumer, you'll be the architect of your brand's growth, driving innovation, commercial results and cross-functional collaboration across a genuinely global business.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute brand growth strategies that drive sales, expand margin and secure long-term profitability
    • Identify untapped white space and lead a pipeline of innovation across an Australian-made portfolio
    • Lead end-to-end digital, social and promotional campaigns, partnering with agencies, retail and digital specialists
    • Drive go-to-market strategy for new product development, keeping category and sales teams closely aligned
    • Own your brand's P&L and campaign ROI, using data and retail scan insights to guide decisions
    • Build strong relationships across regulatory, supply chain, finance, medical marketing, sales and global innovation teams
      What You'll Bring
    • Around 4+ years' marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, trade marketing or an advertising/research agency
    • A collaborative, curious mindset with a genuine passion for connecting the dots and driving innovation
    • Strong business acumen and comfort working with data, analytics and retail scan sources such as Nielsen
    • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
    • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
