ABOUT THE ROLE
   
Lead a sizeable team across multiple regions of accountants to deliver accurate and consistent reporting, invoicing and data entry. You will work closely with the business units Heads of Finance, Commercial and operational leaders to deliver a reliable accounting function and inform commercial decision-making and pathways. 

DUTIES

• Develop a high performing team through use of goal setting & data driven KPI’s
• Manage a team to deliver consistent, accurate accounting and invoicing
• Contribute to commercial contract management and structuring
• Drive process improvement and standardisation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Provide robust data entry to inform strategic decision making
• SME on technical accounting matter

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior team leadership experience, onshore or offshore
• 5+ years commercial experience required
• Worked in high pace environment
• High level of controls acumen
• CA or CPA qualification 
• Strong communication and presentation ability
