After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce, Shanthi commenced her career in finance, beginning in Big 4 audit before progressing through a series of senior commercial finance roles across a range of industries.

Shanthi brings over 25 years’ experience across Australia and the UK, having held finance leadership roles in both markets.

With GAICD and CPA qualifications, Shanthi is an experienced CFO and Company Secretary, as well as a qualified Company Director. She also has six years’ executive search experience in Accounting and Finance, working across ASX-listed organisations, multinationals, private equity–backed businesses, and growing entrepreneurial companies.
